I was born and raised in Redwood City.I am a current resident of the North Fair Oaks community of Menlo Park where I am raising my family.Besides real estate and family, my other passion is sports and I often find myself volunteering and or supporting youth sports events.

During the 2008 “Real Estate Bubble” I was one of the very few agents in the Bay Area that became a specialist in negotiating Short Sales.It required a great deal of time and patience to learn the way banks work but my number one focus during this time was helping my clients avoid foreclosure. I helped hundreds of families settle debt and avoid foreclosure. I used unconventional methods to find bank contacts with top management authority.Having direct access to people with the authority to approve short sales and postpone foreclosures and was a huge benefit to my clients.

I have helped hundreds of people buy and sell and no transaction has ever been the same.I love the challenges and often find myself negotiating some difficult deals.
